At Pisco Latin Lounge, the next-door sister act to Upper Market’s Destino, Peru’s potent traditional drink of choice and other cocktails are served alongside moderately priced Pan-Latin tapas (served until 1 AM on weekends); its setting exudes a modern air with black leather booths and a 26-ft.-long ebonized bar where 15 varieties of the titular spirit are served.
