Orson, is mainstreaming its experimental menu for these economically troubled times. Enter the burger, along with a Caesar salad, boudin blanc and more accessible brasserie-style menu items that Falkner has introduced in the wake of chef Ryan Farr’s recent departure. She’s also offering some upcoming cocktails-and-dinner nights such as Gin and Game (November 13), Rum & Roasted (December 10) and Schnapps & Schnitzel (January 14), as well as a happy hour Monday–Friday, 5 PM–7PM, featuring recession-friendly $5 drinks (415-777-1508).
