Over the years, photographer Jerry Rutolo has shot nearly every major chef you can think of, many of them before they even lost their baby fat. Since everyone likes a trip down memory lane, we thought it would be fun to unearth some of Rutolo's archive for your enjoyment (and possibly the chagrin of his subjects).
The man seen here is one of the most esteemed French chefs in the country with seven restaurants under his belt. This photo finds him in the kitchen of the long-lost New York outpost of Paris' Maxim's in 1987. Can you name that toque? Click through for the answer.
