Elizabeth Falkner has recently returned to run the day-to-day kitchen operation at hip SoMa spot Orson, and she's revamped the menu as well. It now includes more accessible fare, though twists remain, like a Caesar salad with see-through crouton curls and a dressing "sealed" into spheres ($11).
