Nob Hill New American Big 4 will go a bit wild May 12–16 during its biannual Wild Game Week, during which deer and antelope play heavily on the menu. Highlights on the special à la carte menu include Brazilian piranha chops ($18), crispy wild boar tacos ($17), corned buffalo hash ($16) and, of course, chef Gloria Ciccarone-Nehls' signature pancetta-crusted tenderloin of Himalayan yak “Rossini” ($46).
