According to the Chronicle's Michael Bauer, chef/restaurateur Laurent Manrique left Aqua and its development corporation last night. For the time being, recently hired chef Jason Springle is scheduled to take over. Next for Manrique? Apparently plans are in the works for a new restaurant/wine bar.
