Emerging like a phoenix after a fire closed it down for a year and a half, Limón – the Mission Nuevo Latino responsible for making Peruvian the current ‘it’ cuisine – is back in business with a new chef, Emmanuel Piqueras (formerly of Arzak in Spain), who’s added some new dishes to the midpriced menu; the loungey space with lime-green banquettes remain mostly the same, but it now sports a stainless-steel cebicheria/raw bar.
