The first entrant in what’s shaping up to be the Jack London Market supernova, Bocanova arrives courtesy of MarketBar’s husband-and-wife team, who are offering a midpriced menu of greatest hits from South and Central Americas – think ceviche and family-style entrees – fused with Californian sensibilities and ingredients; its converted 1926 ice-warehouse setting includes a bar dispensing the likes of basil gimlets, as well as a 100-seat patio overlooking the Marina.
