Christopher Losa, owner of Bar Bambino, is another San Franciscan readying to jump into the new Jack London Market fray. In early spring, he's planning to open a massive European-style delicatessen, Mia Filino, on the ground floor of the market. Expect artisan cheese (and a state-of-the-art cheese cave), as well as executive chef Lizzie Binder’s signature Italian cured meats and other gourmet products from around the world, offered both
in-store and to-go. Libations will include plenty of wine and craft beers.
