Demonstration Cooking Class at Agua Ardiente

On April 21st, Spanish food and wine will comprise the lesson plan for a demonstration class and four-course lunch at Agua Ardiente; garlic, saffron, olive oil, eggplant and other staples of the Mediterranean diet will be used to prepare calamari and quail, along with a fruit-based dessert (noon–3 PM; $70 per person, includes wine; 202-244-3700).
