Bombay Club
On May 5th and 19th, Bombay Club chef Nilesh Singhvi will inspire home cooks to heat up their meals with pungent Indian flavors at cooking classes that are followed by a luncheon of the demonstrated dishes, such as lamb roganjosh, chicken korma or beans poriyal, served family-style with a choice of wine or beer. Singhvi will hold classes on the first and third Saturday of each month through July (11 AM–2 PM; $60 per person; 202-659-3727).
