If you can’t travel all the way to Louisiana for an authentic roll-up-your-sleeves crawfish boil, then head over to the area near the Convention Center to
Acadiana, which is steaming those delicious, seasonal crustaceans known as “mud bugs” and dishing them up with corn, potatoes and plenty of Cajun seasoning ($13 per pound of crawfish).
