A vintage pharmacy on George Washington University’s campus in Foggy Bottom has been transformed into Tonic at Quigley's (3155 Mt. Pleasant St.; 202-296-0211), sporting an outdoor patio and serving an affordable American comfort-food menu just like the Mt. Pleasant original; upstairs, its performance space will showcase local artists and student groups; N.B. a soon-to-come ABC license will give its elixirs extra zing.
