The talents behind Georgetown’s cosmopolitan Peacock Cafe will transform the clubby digs into a stylish spin-off called Peacock Grande Cafe that's slated to open in late October. Expect signature entree salads and seafood selections created in an open kitchen, and an eclectic array of pizzas turned out from a wood-burning oven.
