On Sunday, September 9th, Adams Morgan’s main thoroughfare (18th St. NW between Columbia Rd. and Florida Ave.) will fill with sidewalk cafes and stalls featuring food from Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America, plus musicians and entertainers, arts and crafts vendors, a children’s fair and many other activities as part of the neighborhood’s 29th annual cultural festival.
Popular restaurants like Napoleon, Grill from Ipanema and Regent Thai are among the participants at this free-admission event (noon–7 PM; www.adamsmorgandayfestival.com).
