On Tuesday, September 25th, the Korean Embassy invites the public to a free celebration of its fall festival, Chuseok, which will feature cooking demonstrations and complimentary tastings of traditional dishes like kimchi, bulgogi (beef) and jeon (pan-fried fish); children (of all ages) can enjoy the hands-on experience of making songpyeon, which are traditional holiday rice cakes (6:30 PM; 2370 Massachusetts Ave. NW; 202-797-6346).
