September 28th–30th, join chefs Gillian Clark (Colorado Kitchen), Michael Landrum (Ray's the Classics), Jeff Heineman (Grapeseed), Sudhir Seth (Passage to India) and local wine and beer experts, bakers, cooking teachers and writers for a rustic weekend at Camp Twin Creeks in Minnehaha Springs, WV. There you'll attend informal seminars and cooking sessions, help the pros prepare meals, savor wine, beer and scotch samplings and participate in a culinary war of eggs Benedict relay races and tasting competitions.
