Wildfire, part of a mini-chain from the Chicago-based Lettuce Entertain You group, features a contemporary take on a 1940s American steakhouse, serving hearty Midwest-sized portions of wood-fired filets, chops and seafood, as well as salads and burgers, in a clubby Tysons Corner setting with velvet-curtained booths; its expansive barroom and extensive private-function capabilities make it a promising venue for networking and deal-making.
