After months of delays, the Chevy Chase branch of Sushi-Ko will finally open by the beginning of February; this location will offer a chic lounge, a dramatic, curved sushi bar seating 14 and several dining rooms including a luxurious enclave with white-leather-and-wenge-wood booths; just like at the original, the daily changing menu will feature fresh fish flown in from Japan and those who want to test out the kitchen can order omakase (1101 23rd St. NW).
