Bookbinders Old Town

Bookbinder's Old Town, an offshoot of Philadelphia's classic American steak-and-seafood emporium Old Original Bookbinder's, has landed in the former Portner's Saloon space; oak-paneled walls, brass chandeliers, white tablecloths and an archetypal polished wood bar give this midpriced newcomer the feel that's it's been around forever, as does the plant-filled atrium-courtyard.
