Teatro Goldoni
Chef Enzo Fargione (ex Galileo, Barolo and, most recently, Atrium in Jupiter, FL), who recently took command of Teatro Goldoni’s kitchen, dished with Zagat Buzz about his plans. He has decided that his dishes will showcase bold flavors (risotto with gorgonzola and beets) and fanciful presentations (a cigar box filled with mushroom-stuffed “smokes”) to play up the dramatic, Venetian Carnivale–themed decor. His soon-to-be inaugurated degustation menu will feature seasonal and luxurious ingredients (think fresh porcini and foie gras). Celebratory diners can scope out his bravura cooking-style from an upstairs private dining room that overlooks the kitchen, while curious ones can observe the action close-up from the chef’s table. Those in Teatro's newly expanded bar can enjoy Fargione's small plates.
