Dungarees are de rigueur attire for the 5th Annual Blue Jeans Ball, held on April 8th at the Marriott Wardman Park. The night won't just be about denim on the dance floor – more than 30 talented toques will be on tap to prepare their specialties for sampling when guests take a break from grooving to the Second Amendments – whose daytime gigs are all at Capitol Hill desks.
