The Round Robin Bar
If you can’t make it to Churchill Downs for the 134th annual Kentucky Derby on Saturday, May 3rd, you can still view the "fastest two minutes in American sports" in a spirited style – head over to the historic Willard InterContinental’s Round Robin Bar, which will serve a Southern-themed buffet as well as mint juleps the way 19th-century Senator Henry Clay liked them. Be sure to don your best hats and bodacious bow ties for the festivities, as prizes will be given out after the race (4–7 PM; $49 per person includes the buffet and two drinks; 202-637-7348).
