DC’s upstart Atlas neighborhood gets an offshoot of Sticky Rice, a budget-friendly Asian fusion and sushi spot in Richmond, VA; traditional and innovative sushi, sandwiches, salads, noodles, steaks and ribs mix it up on the menu, while sake, beer and wine help wash it all down; the colorful mod digs suit the irreverent take on familiar fare, and karaoke and DJs further entice the young hipsters now swarming this hopping nightlife zone.
