Dishes from Jamie Stachowski’s shuttered Restaurant Kolumbia can now be found at Thirsty Bernie Sports Bar & Grille, which serves budget American fare in Arlington’s Cherrydale neighborhood; it’s a mecca for those seeking more than pub food – moules frites and Stachowski’s signature charcuterie share the menu with burgers and chili – while sports-minded types should cheer for the state-of-the-art TVs covering the walls.
