Who says food can't be both sustainable and scrumptious? On July 10th, take a stroll through the Botanic Garden’s beautiful orchid, desert and jungle environments, and then enjoy farm-fresh food in the West Gallery prepared by chefs Cathal Armstrong (Restaurant Eve), Chris Smith (The Caucus Room) and Peter Smith (PS 7's); wash it all down with inventive cocktails created by popular mixologists like Derek Brown (Komi) and Gina Chersevani (EatBar and Tallula). This food and drink reception is being hosted by FRESHFARM Markets in celebration of the garden’s new exhibit, One Planet – Ours!
