Jackson’s Mighty Fine Food & Lucky Lounge, slated to open tomorrow night in Reston Town Center, is the 10th venture from the Great American Restaurant Group, and like its popular older siblings – Carlyle, Coastal Flats, Sweetwater Tavern – it’s been designed to accommodate a wide range of dining needs. The lofty, handsome setting boasts roomy wood booths, 1940s-themed murals and two big bars (one with windows that open to a sidewalk patio), while the seafood-strong American menu includes some of the most popular dishes from Great American's other restaurants – lobster roll, aged prime rib, flourless chocolate waffle – along with a few new twists like sushi rolls.
