Wine and dine with celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck at his DC venue, The Source, on November 12th. Puck will be hosting a five-course dinner showcasing organic and biodynamic wines from Napa Valley’s Grgich Hills Estate. The Asian-inspired menu will include Shanghai lobster risotto, grilled Mongolian lamb chops with stir fried eggplant. and tuna tartare in sesame-miso cones, while the eight vintages to be poured include the 2007 Fume Blanc, the 2005 Chardonnay “Carneros Selection” and the 1995 Cabernet Sauvignon “Yountville Selection” (6:30 PM; $220 per person, includes tax and gratuity; 202-637-6100).
