Two former employees of the much-missed Louisiana Express stage a Cajun-Creole revival in Bethesda with Louisiana Kitchen & Bayou Bar, an inexpensive arrival serving boudin, po’ boys, gumbo and other treasured bayou recipes; bright-yellow walls, Mardi Gras masks and black-and-white checkered tablecloths (not to mention a full bar) provide a convivial atmosphere for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
