An Urban-Rustic Kitchen

The Ceviche location in Glover Park closed at the end of last year. Owner Mauricio Fraga-Rosenfeld (together with nearby Gin & Tonic talents) will reopen it this week as the moderately priced Kitchen, dishing up the likes of barbecued shrimp and grits and other Southern-accented American eats. Its revamped interior will offer plenty of urban rusticity – tractor-seat bar stools, reclaimed wood and brick – while the installation of a second bar upstairs will provide extra perches for locals wolfing down wings, sliders, burgers and similar bar fare (2404 Wisconsin Ave. NW; 202-333-3877).
