Equinox is dialing the clock back 40 seasons to celebrate its 10th anniversary. A special three-course, monthly changing menu of its best-loved dishes will be offered throughout the summer at the old-school price of $40. Wine pairings will be available for an additional $25. Look for barbecued salmon and summer corn salad in June, soft-shell crab in July and tuna with panzanella made from seasonal bounty in August.
