Restaurant Name
Clyde's

On Saturday, August 1, join DC’s Slow Food Convivium for an edible celebration of regional, mid-summer bounty at Clyde’s Willow Creek Farm. The evening begins with a tour of the farm’s organic garden, followed by a five-course menu featuring locally sourced poussin with roasted peaches and greens, Maryland crab cakes with corn and tomatoes, prime rib of beef, artisanal cheeses and a blackberry dessert, along with, of course, local wines. Act quickly though, as seating is very limited (5 PM; $65 for general population, $60 for Slow Food members; For more information, and to reserve a space, click here).
