Kora, the relaxed, affordable Italian by Morou Ouattara (whose Farrah Olivia recently shuttered) and his brother, Amadou, is slated for an early August opening in Bebo’s former Crystal City space. The premises are already equipped with a wood-burning pizza oven, and the menu will also offer pastas in tasting, half and full portions, classics like chicken parmigiana and family-friendly options including a burger, plus a selection of well-priced wines. The modish makeover features purple-toned walls accented with dramatic stencils, gauzy sails suspended from the ceiling and stylized Warhol-like murals of the restaurant’s namesake, Morou’s daughter (2250 Crystal Dr., Arlington).
