Sterling seafood and sushi seekers can get Hooked up again at the restaurant's sleek new location (the old one shut its doors last month) in the Potomac Run Center, where the expanded menu ranges from raw-bar fare to rib-eye strip steaks; the new space, done up in red, gold and silver tones, is larger too, and there's a big bar with happy-hour specials from 4:30–7:30 PM; N.B. carryout is still an option.
