Philadelphia deli dreams are fulfilled at Taylor Gourmet, an industrial-mod counter-serve sandwich shop that opened a second location in Mount Vernon Square last week (the original is in the Atlas District), where it’s offering hoagies filled with artisanal meats and cheese, salads and bread shipped from a Philly bakery; the owners' green ingenuity is on display at the new branch with oil barrels recycled as light fixtures and metal scraps as a communal table, and it retains the original’s market with Italian goodies.
