Hi there last week I came to know that in INDIAN Restaurants on Devon like Udipi Palace, Mysore Woodlands and the most popular Hemas Kitchen. Theses guys will not give the TIPS to Waiting staff. The whole TIP which we leave that goes to the owners and they only pay 5 to 6 $/hour to the waiting staff .Thats I we wont get the good services in INDIAN Restaurants.Also the owners exploit a lot to the waiting staff.
