    SLICE FORT LAUDERDALE

Has anyone tried out this new pizzeria in downtown FTL? Simply the best I've had in Florida and as good as, if not better than most in NYC.

YES! Slice is amazing. Were so lucky to now have this authentic New York pizza kitchen right in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. The first time I went i tried the 4.95 two slice and a drink special. Hands down best cheese slice in Ft. Lauderdale. (better than primanti, rustica, kitchenetta etc...) Also try the meatballs, there heavenly!! Love it.

You can that these posts are plants, because lets face it, no pizza is that good in Fort Lauderdale.

I've been to slice. Its a small, dumpy place and the pizza is nothing great. Plus they're only open for lunch its a terrible location with no parking. Its certainly not worth going out of your way for the food there.

There's a new place opening on Broward and US1 next month. Hopefully that will be better.

I have to disagree. Slice is a great lunch spot, better than most around downtown for sure. The pizza is great, sweet sauce, crispy crust, soft cheese. I've also had their Philly and it speaks for itself, great stuff. And how could you say there is no parking if it is actually CONNECTED to a parking garage? Also, comparing Slice to other FTL Pizza spots' ambience doesn't even compare. It's nice to be able to grab a slice and have some elbow room and not have to feel the Florida heat while I eat. Almost seems as if you're a "planter", advertising a place that isn't even open. Anyway. I give Slice two thumbs up, couldn't ask for any more out of a quick lunch (now dinner, too) spot in the downtown area.

I highly suggest Slice to any NYC-PIZZA-DEPRIVED eater.
