Due to the lengthy process of getting a liquor license, The State Law Revision Commission in NY is recommending restaurants be permitted to allow diners to “BYOB” until the license is received.&nbsp;At the moment only restaurants that seat 20 or less can legally have a BYO policy.&nbsp;
