Inspired by her recent trip to South Australia, Lark Creek Restaurant Group culinary director Adrian Hoffman leads a Down Under-inspired evening at the group's Embarcadero restaurant. Featuring five courses of Aussie fare, the feast includes pan-roasted white prawns with bush tomato chutney on grilled garlic bread, wattleseed marinated grilled pork chop with spiced rice and tomato jam, and riberry poached late-summer fruits. Hand-selected wines on hand finish off the meal with offerings from Adelaide Hills, Clare Valley and Barossa.

Indulge in an extravagant six-course meal of classics and new favorites at this Union Square legend prepared by chef de cuisine Chris L'Hommedieu. Commencing and concluding with a trio of tastes, the dinner guarantees three times the satisfaction between savory dishes like butter-poached Maine lobster tail, crispy-skin black bass, and Four Story Hills poularde. If you desire to give your complements to the chef, you can personally do so – chef L'Hommedieu will be visiting tables throughout the evening.

Duck, Duck, Duck!

Join executive chef, and offal expert, Chris Cosentino for a five-course feast starring duck from beak to tail. Held in the restaurant's mural-filled Dante Room, dishes on Cosentino's menu include duck fritto with snail salad, duck neck sausage with duckfat aïoli, braised duck with corn gnocchi and foie gras and duck breast with blueberries. Divine wines have been carefully selected from the extensive Italian wine list, and should any water fowl related questions arise, Jim Reichardt of Liberty Ducks will be on hand and happy to answer.
