The latest from nightlife poo-bah Noah Tepperberg, this “exclusive” West Chelsea “hot spot” promises the usual tight door and loose crowd of “models”, “celebs”, “Euros” and “more models”; its “swanky” duplex setting is done up with the expected banquettes, chandeliers and Oriental rugs, and though it’s “less bottle servicey than most”, the by-the-drink prices are stiff enough to leave you breathless.
