One of the few places in town where it’s still legal to smoke indoors, this “civilized” SoHo lounge is a puffer’s “delight”, vending 150-plus cigar and cigarette varietals as well as cocktails and snacks; its deco-ish decor “harkens back to the ’20s”, adding a whiff of “nostalgia” to the proceedings.
