A “knowledgeable staff” and “fantastic rotating beer selection” (including microbrews and hand-drawn cask ales) keep East Villagers pumped about this funky Avenue C tavern; but the “loud”, “newly 21” crowd yelling “who dat?” can be admittedly “annoying.”
