The Paris original (and London spin-off) was inspired by NYC mixology, and now the concept boomerangs back to the U.S. via this swish new cocktail bar imported from France to the LES; the good-sized setting (fka Kush) features bamboo-patterned wallpaper and rattan furniture reminiscent of the restaurant Indochine, and the appropriately experimental drinks are planned to rotate seasonally.
