“Jersey never looked better” than it does from the deck of this literally “rockin’” outdoor bar scene set on a “really big” floating barge alongside a “rusty” salvaged lightship; sure, it “closes early” (12 AM) and it’s usually so “insanely crowded” that getting a drink can be “chaotic”, but most agree it’s “impossible not to be happy” at this piece of “heaven on the Hudson”; P.S. open May–October.
