This Hell’s Kitchen beer hall in the former Hudson Cafeteria space may have a fancy address, but its counter-service model keeps the vibe casual, as do moderately priced comfort food offerings like burgers and duck fat fries that can be consumed at one of several communal tables; the dining space is anchored by a fireplace, which lends some old-manor ambiance, but as the evening progresses DJs start to spin, a party atmosphere sets in and velvet ropes are erected.
