Parked “in the shadow of Grand Central”, this seasonal rooftop “escape” atop the Roosevelt Hotel offers Midtown desk jockeys the “chance to be outdoors” in a “not overly packed” environment; ok, it’s “pricey” and “a bit of a wannabe” viewwise – “there really isn’t much to see” – but overall it’s one of the few “decent places” in this nightlife-starved neighborhood.
