Refreshingly “unpretentious” for a self-styled rock bar, this “laid-back” Lower Eastsider serves “quality” suds and worthy wines to an “over-25” cohort that applauds the “kick-ass” retro jukebox; despite being named for an arena-ready wall of amps, it stacks up as a low-fi scene “that the neighborhood needs.”
