“They just do it right” at this “subdued” watering hole in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel – “your very own Central Park South living room” – where the “pro” staff “remembers your drink even when you don’t”; no kidding, it’s “expensive”, but that doesn’t seem to faze all the “Gordon Gekkos” and “well-heeled tourists” in attendance.
