Tricked out in crimson velvet, this India-themed East Villager “catches the eye” and ear, thanks to a downstairs lounge where “awesome DJs” spin hip-hop–heavy sets; it’s also “not too bad pricewise”, though it can get so “packed” that some wonder if it’s “worth the elbows.”
