It “feels like you’re on vacation” at these tropical-themed rooftops in the Maritime Hotel, both “excellent summer destinations” for scoping out “beautiful peeps”; too bad about the “expensive” pops, “Ninth Avenue” view and “B&T” crowd, but it’s still “great for a girls’ night out.”
